Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of DigiSapiens, the desktop app and hosted service operated by Etrexio ("we"). By creating an account or using DigiSapiens you agree to them.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your company's workspace.
Companies and members
A person who creates a company in DigiSapiens becomes its owner and can add, remove and manage members. Owners and admins are responsible for how their company uses DigiSapiens and for the content their members and agents produce.
Acceptable use
Do not use DigiSapiens to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, harass people, or attack the service or other companies' workspaces. Do not attempt to access another company's data.
AI agents
Agents you connect act on your instructions and with the credentials you provide. You are responsible for the actions they take and for complying with the terms of the AI providers you use.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the rights needed to store, transmit and display it so the service can work for your company.
Availability and changes
DigiSapiens is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Etrexio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul.
