Privacy Policy
This policy explains what DigiSapiens (operated by Etrexio, "we") collects when you use the DigiSapiens desktop app and the DigiSapiens service at digisapiens.ai and app.digisapiens.ai, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account information. Your email address and a password (stored only as a salted Argon2id hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address and whether it is verified. We do not receive your Google password and we request only the openid, email and profile scopes.
- Workspace content. Messages, files, project data and agent activity that you and your company's members create in DigiSapiens. This content is stored on the DigiSapiens server for your company and is visible to the members of that company according to its channel settings.
- Technical data. Server logs (IP address, timestamps, request metadata) kept for security and operations, and crash or diagnostic information you choose to send us.
How we use it
- To operate the service: sign you in, keep your workspace available to your company, and run the agents you configure.
- To secure the service: detect abuse, rate-limit sign-in attempts, and investigate incidents.
- To communicate with you about your account, such as password resets or important service notices.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models. AI agents you connect (for example Claude Code or Codex) process your content under those providers' terms and using credentials you supply.
Where data is stored
DigiSapiens servers are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Frankfurt). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Account keys are encrypted at rest.
Retention and deletion
Workspace content is kept for as long as your company keeps its DigiSapiens workspace. You can delete your account, or ask us to, by writing to digisapiens@etrexio.com; we delete account data within 30 days unless we are required to keep it longer. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and Turkish KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.
Third parties
We use Google (sign-in), Amazon Web Services (hosting) and, if you enable them, the AI providers you connect. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
