Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Etrexio Digital Solutions, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Etrexio", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit digisapiens.ai, join the DigiSapiens waitlist, or use the DigiSapiens apps and the hosted service at app.digisapiens.ai (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, Etrexio is the controller of the personal data described in this policy, except for workspace content, which the company that owns the workspace controls and which we process on its behalf.

1. Information we collect

  • Waitlist. When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, the page or button you signed up from, the page that referred you, the campaign parameters (utm) of the link that brought you to the site and the page you landed on, your browser type, the time of sign-up, and a salted hash of your IP address that we use to prevent abuse. We do not keep the IP address itself with your sign-up.
  • Account. Your email address and a password, which we store only as a salted hash (Argon2id), and any display name or avatar you choose. If you sign in with Google, Google sends us your Google account identifier, your email address, whether it is verified, and basic profile information; we store only the identifier and the email address, and we never see your Google password. If you sign in with Apple, where available, Apple sends us your Apple account identifier and the email address you choose to share, which may be a relay address.
  • Workspace content. Messages, files, documents, project and repository data, agent instructions, and the activity of agents and people that you and the members of your company create in DigiSapiens. This content is stored for your company and is visible to the members of that company according to its settings.
  • AI provider credentials. The credentials you give an AI provider (for example a Claude Code or Codex login, or an API key) are stored on your own device by the app and used from there. We do not receive them unless you choose a feature that expressly stores them on our servers, in which case they are encrypted at rest and used only to run the agents you configure.
  • Billing. If your company subscribes, you give your payment details to Stripe directly; we never receive your card number. We store the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the plan status and billing dates of the company, the email address invoices are sent to, and the billing events Stripe sends us, which can include the billing name, address and tax id you enter at checkout.
  • Technical data. Server logs with IP addresses, timestamps, request metadata and browser or app version, kept for a limited period for security and operations; and crash or diagnostic information you choose to send us. The desktop app checks our server for updates, which reveals your IP address and app version to us.
  • Communications. Anything you send us, for example by email.

Analytics cookies. digisapiens.ai uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see where they come from. Its cookies are set only after you choose "OK" on the analytics bar; until then, and if you choose "No", the tag sends Google only cookieless, aggregated signals. Your choice is kept in your browser and you can change it by clearing the site's data. We use no advertising tags and no other third-party analytics. The apps store a session token on your device so you stay signed in.

2. How we use information

  • To provide and operate the Service: sign you in, keep your workspace available to your company, run the agents you configure, and deliver updates.
  • To secure the Service: detect and prevent abuse, rate-limit requests, and investigate incidents.
  • To communicate with you: waitlist invites, account and security notices, responses to your requests, and news about DigiSapiens. You may opt out of news at any time by writing to us or by using an unsubscribe link where one is provided; we will still send notices that are necessary to operate your account.
  • To improve the Service, using aggregated or de-identified information.
  • To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect the rights, safety and property of Etrexio, our users and others.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Service and in telling you about it, your consent where the law requires it, and our legal obligations.

3. AI providers and agents

Agents in DigiSapiens run on the AI provider you choose, such as Anthropic, OpenAI or another model provider, using your own account or API key. Content you send to an agent, and the workspace content the agent reads to do its work, is transmitted to that provider, from your device or, where you use a hosted agent, from our server, and is handled under that provider's terms and privacy policy. We do not control those providers. We do not use your workspace content to train AI models. Do not give an agent information you are not allowed to share with the provider you selected.

4. How we share information

  • Service providers that process data for us under contract: Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage in the European Union), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payments, invoices and tax calculation), Google (analytics on digisapiens.ai, with your consent), and Google and Apple (sign-in). Each processes data under its own policies and only as needed to provide its service.
  • Your company. Workspace content and your account's basic profile are visible to the members and administrators of the company you belong to, according to its settings.
  • Legal and safety. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of Etrexio, our users or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
  • With your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Google user data

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to create your account and sign you in.

6. International transfers

Our servers are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Etrexio is a United States company, and our team may access data from the United States, Türkiye and other countries in order to operate and support the Service. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on standard contractual clauses and other lawful mechanisms. By using the Service you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than your own, whose data protection laws may differ.

7. Retention

  • Waitlist information is kept until you receive an invite and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove it.
  • Account information is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account yourself in the DigiSapiens app (Settings, Account, Delete account; see how to delete your account), or ask us to at the address below. Deleting it in the app signs you out on every device at once and removes your account 30 days later; signing in again before then cancels the deletion. A request by email is handled within 30 days. We delete or de-identify account information except where we must keep it to comply with law, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Copies may remain in routine backups for a short period afterwards.
  • Workspace content is kept for as long as your company keeps its workspace; the company's owner decides when it is removed.
  • Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and operations.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Account keys and secrets are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, write to us immediately.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, including to access it, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the rights to know, delete and correct personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights; you may use an authorized agent. If you are in Türkiye, you have the rights set out in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). To exercise any of these rights, write to digisapiens@etrexio.com. We may ask you to verify your identity and will respond within the time the applicable law requires. For workspace content, please contact your company's administrator first, since the company controls that content.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Do Not Track

We do not track visitors across third-party sites, so we do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above; if the changes are material, we will also notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
